Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Support Professional to join our team as a Customer Service Expert. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading commercial property owner and provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Provide responsive customer service to stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as the first point of contact for valued clients, responding to and resolving customer requests and enquiries.
  • Coordinate service and facilities professionals in response to customer requests, ensuring timely management and processing of customer requests, queries, and billing information.
  • Support the Facilities Management Team, including account administration and client liaison.
  • Build positive relationships and engage customers, understanding and responding to their needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Call and query handling and call resolution skills, with proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and call centre technology.
