About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Student and Academic Services team as a Student Service Adviser. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and alumni, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administration enquiries via phone, email, chat, and face-to-face interactions
  • Provide quality customer service and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with other areas of the University to ensure timely and accurate responses
