We are seeking an ambitious professional to drive business expansion, oversee team management and ensure quality across all markets.
About the Role
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow new markets, recruiting and training high-performing teams and implementing systems to track performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop market entry strategies and lead the successful launch and growth of operations in new territories.
- Establish and maintain high standards for team performance through regular audits and feedback.
- Implement systems for tracking team performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Establish strong relationships with industry partners and clients.
- Lead marketing campaigns and manage the growth and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of growing businesses from startup to 50+ employees.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development or market expansion.
- Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions/business deals.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills.
- Ability to develop and enforce quality control standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
