Key Responsibilities:
- Safety and Risk Management: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to organizational safety and risk policies, and promote continuous improvement processes to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff and clients.
- Leadership and Process Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of processes with a focus on continuous improvement, and drive compliance with our high operational standards.
- Clinic Operations Support: Oversee the Clinic Facilities Audit Program to maintain consistently high standards, manage and improve the I-Audit Operating System and Clinics Ticketing system, and analyze business processes to manage clinic expenses effectively.
- Clinic Facilities and Equipment Management: Review clinic audit actions and incorporate repairs and maintenance into an annual program, manage ad hoc requests for facility repairs and maintenance, and maintain an up-to-date asset register for Finance.
- Clinical Equipment Repairs and Maintenance: Ensure effective suppliers and schedules for clinic equipment service and repair, address repairs impacting clinic/customer safety or performance as a top priority, and maintain an up-to-date asset register for Finance.
- New Clinics and Clinic Refurbishments: Oversee approved clinic refurbishment programs to ensure completion within budget and standards.
- Customer Experience: Prioritize customer-facing tasks to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume role, managing conflicting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-first focus.
- Experience in budget preparation and management.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as I-Audit, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team and adapt to change.
