Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations across multiple outlets within the venue.
- Manage a large brigade, fostering teamwork and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Oversee food, labour, and waste costs, maintaining strong financial control.
- Collaborate closely with senior management on future growth and development plans.
- Play a key role in creative input and delivery as the venue undergoes expansion.
- Ensure kitchen operations meet health and safety regulations and consistently deliver quality.
- Maintain excellent supplier relationships and drive operational efficiency.
