Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff, adhering to cleaning and maintenance schedules.
  • Cash Management: Ensure accurate operation and balancing of cash registers, with daily reporting.
  • Roster Organisation: Organise staff rosters to deliver high service standards.
  • Coverage: Cover extra shifts as needed to ensure service standards are maintained.
  • Team Environment: Create a harmonious team-oriented environment among staff.
  • Future Development: Contribute to planning for future facility development and service improvements.
  • Staff Morale: Maintain high morale and personal appearance among staff.
  • Front-of-House: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and clear tables.
  • Beverage Service: Ensure beverages are served to a consistent quality standard.
  • Setup & Closing: Ensure all tasks for setup, serving, and closing are completed correctly.
  • Booking Management: Supervise accurate booking setup, confirmation, and management.
  • Staff & Patron Safety: Ensure the safety of staff and patrons during service and after.
  • Food Handling: Maintain hygienic food handling practices and cleanliness of waiting, bar, and function areas.
  • Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints according to guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment in good working order, arranging repairs or improvements as needed.
