Student Recruitment Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our remote team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and engaging potential students throughout the entire enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively increase student engagement through inbound and outbound communication channels.
- Support students from initial inquiry to application and enrollment, providing guidance and assistance throughout the process.
- Build rapport with prospective students to understand their motivations, goals, and life experiences, ultimately leading to successful enrollment.
- Ensure accurate assessment and processing of student functions, including enrollments, exemptions, and qualification changes.
- Multitask between high volumes of calls and documentation of student information.
- Complete tasks outlined by management in a timely and efficient manner.
About You
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with experience in a call center environment. Intermediate computer skills and attention to detail are also essential.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an inbound/outbound sales position.
- Higher education experience preferred.
- Excellent telephone sales track record in a high sales KPI and incentive-driven environment.
- Intermediate computer skills with strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- A solution-focused approach with a proactive attitude to supporting customers.
- A reliable internet connection, PC/Laptop, and headset are required for remote work.
