Student Enrolment Development Specialist

As a Student Enrolment Development Specialist at Swinburne University of Technology, you will play a key role in driving domestic student enrolments and developing strong relationships with secondary schools.
This full-time, ongoing position is based at our Hawthorn campus and offers a competitive HEW 6 salary plus 17% superannuation and staff benefits.
In this exciting role, you will engage with secondary schools, build relationships with key school contacts, and inspire students to explore Swinburne's programs. You will work closely with the Recruitment Team Leader to develop and strengthen relationships with secondary schools to raise awareness and drive enrolments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, event management, or outreach, particularly in the education sector, as well as excellent project management skills. You will use your superior time management skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines to create meaningful connections and partnerships with secondary schools.
About the Role:
- Drive domestic student enrolments through engagement with secondary schools
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key school contacts
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team Leader to raise awareness and drive enrolments
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in managing an indirect sales channel in a services industry
- Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and negotiation skills, including public speaking ability
- Competency with a range of software and systems, including PowerPoint, spreadsheets and CRM (Salesforce experience desirable)
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $93,000-$110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
