Indigenous Student Recruitment Specialist

Swinburne's Moondani Toombadool Centre is seeking an experienced and engaging Indigenous Outreach and Future Student Advisor to inspire and engage with future Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
Key Responsibilities- Manage student recruitment strategies to increase Indigenous student enrolments
- Deliver a smooth entry process for VET, HE, and online Indigenous students
- Collaborate with MTC partners, schools, and Indigenous organisations to promote Swinburne University
You will play an important role as a recognised authority within the field, inspiring and attracting Indigenous students through schools and community engagement opportunities and platforms.
Qualifications- A minimum of three to four years subsequent relevant experience in a similar role consisting of pathways, recruitment, outreach, university admissions or appropriate management expertise in technical or administrative fields
- Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples in an education/training setting
