Course Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Course Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new domestic students to our allied colleges and campuses across Australia.
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will primarily focus on recruiting students to specific colleges that offer pathways to further study with our university partners in Australia. You will also contribute to the overall student recruitment strategy and play a crucial role in increasing enrolments in Navitas University Partnerships Australasia programs.

About You- You should have experience within a phone-based sales environment with demonstrated achievement of sales KPIs, preferably within the education sector.
- You should be proficient in using sales and service systems, including previous use of Salesforce CRM.
- You should possess strong verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with a diverse range of people and develop trust and rapport with them.
- You should be service-oriented with a genuine concern for client needs.
- You should be motivated and passionate about sales with a keen interest in education.
- You should be able to own tasks and convert opportunities.
- You should demonstrate a strong commitment to personal excellence and achievement of targets.
- You should be self-disciplined and independently driven but able to work effectively in a team environment with shared goals.
