Strategic Student Recruitment Manager

At RMIT University, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Student Recruitment Manager to lead our team in Australia. This role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that ensure enrolment targets are achieved. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to increase RMIT University's profile and market share.
About the RoleThe Strategic Student Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading the Australia Student Recruitment team, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, liaising with stakeholders, and managing human, financial, and physical resources. This role reports directly to the Director, Global Student Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to increase RMIT University's profile and market share
- Manage human, financial, and physical resources of the recruitment team
- Work closely with the Director, Global Student Recruitment to achieve strategic goals
Our ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification or extensive relevant experience gained through working in a large corporate or consulting environment. They will also have experience in influencing, developing, and implementing policy, as well as proven experience in developing and successfully implementing student recruitment strategies.
