About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our Portfolio Solutions team as a Vice President of Sales and Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Asia Pacific region, working closely with clients and prospects to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice on our portfolio solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs
  • Manage and execute RFP submissions, ensuring timely and effective delivery of proposals
  • Oversee new client onboarding and provide exceptional client service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in financial sales, preferably in a trading or investment management organization
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Excellent understanding of global markets, financial trading instruments, and technology
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a postgraduate degree or FINRA qualifications a plus
