Position Summary

This role has emerged due to significant business expansion, and we are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to drive new business development while nurturing key client relationships within the designated region.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, plus Superannuation and a $25,000 vehicle allowance, along with uncapped commission opportunities.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy, managing a portfolio of key clients daily while also pursuing new business through strategic sales initiatives, market exploration, and relationship building.

  • Deliver product presentations to clients, providing suitable lighting solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Translate technical features into tangible customer benefits, understanding the broader system applications of our offerings.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in lighting sales, with experience in selling similar products within the industry. While a background in interior design or architecture is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates from related sectors such as furniture or flooring will also be considered. A polished appearance and a strong drive to achieve sales and network effectively in the field are essential.
