Role Overview

This position has arisen due to significant business expansion, and we are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to drive new business development while maintaining essential client relationships across the region.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, plus superannuation and a $25,000 vehicle allowance, along with uncapped commission opportunities.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy, managing a portfolio of key clients daily while also pursuing new business through strategic sales initiatives, market exploration, and relationship building.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a background in lighting sales, with experience in selling similar products within the industry. A background in interior design or architecture is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates from related fields such as furniture or flooring sales will also be considered. A polished appearance and a strong drive to achieve sales and network effectively are essential.
