About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Presales Solution Consultant to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales cycle with deep-dive knowledge of our SPM solution, including Application Portfolio Management (APM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Agile Management Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales cycle with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's SPM solution, including APM, PPM, and Agile Management Solutions.
  • Develop programs that enable solution consultants, solutions sales, and account teams to position and demonstrate the value of SPM on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, respond to RFx requests, demonstrations, and conduct proof of value and concepts for customers.
  • Contribute to and maintain a showcase of SPM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position ServiceNow Suite to ensure we keep ahead of opportunities, obstacles, and challenges.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile solution providers.
  • Agile or SAFe expertise is a must.
  • Understanding of the PPM market and Strategic Portfolio Management.
  • Experience with Application Portfolio Management solutions – ServiceNow and other vendor solutions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and self-directed and independent.
  • Ability to architect and effectively communicate and sell solutions to business challenges.
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers as well as with individuals in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Experiences from working with agile processes and solutions.
  • Exhibit prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technologies.
