Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Cycle: Provide deep-dive knowledge of ServiceNow's SPM solution, including Application Portfolio Management (APM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Agile Management Solutions, to support sales teams in positioning and demonstrating the value of SPM on our platform.
  • Develop Programs and Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop programs and campaigns that enable solution consultants, sales teams, and account teams to effectively position and demonstrate the value of SPM on our platform.
  • Deliver Compelling Presentations and Workshops: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to customers to showcase the value of SPM on our platform.
  • Contribute to Sales Campaigns: Contribute to sales campaigns focused on SPM by providing product and industry insights, and collaborating with marketing teams to develop marketing materials and events.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development Teams: Collaborate with product management and development teams to enhance our SPM products with new capabilities that address customer needs.
  • Maintain a Showcase of SPM Solutions: Contribute to and maintain a showcase of SPM solutions created on our platform.
  • Stay Current on Competitive Analysis: Stay current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position our SPM solution to ensure we stay ahead of opportunities, obstacles, and challenges.
Qualifications
  • Prior Experience with PPM and Agile Solution Providers: Prior experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Agile solution providers, with expertise in Agile or SAFe methodologies.
  • Understanding of the PPM Market and SPM: Strong understanding of the PPM market and Strategic Portfolio Management concepts.
  • Experience with Application Portfolio Management Solutions: Experience with Application Portfolio Management solutions, including ServiceNow and other vendor solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to self-direct and work independently.
  • Ability to Architect and Communicate Solutions: Ability to architect and effectively communicate and sell solutions to business challenges.
  • Ability to Forge Strong Business Relationships: Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level executives at customers and individuals in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Experience with Agile Processes and Solutions: Experience working with Agile processes and solutions, with the ability to learn new technologies.
