You will drive efficiency, support exceptional patient experience, and contribute to a high-performance culture through analytical rigour, stakeholder collaboration, and operational leadership.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, escalation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as process improvement and change management capabilities. A data-driven decision-making approach and experience with performance metrics analysis and reporting are also required.
