Strategic Workforce Lead Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • L&D Program Design and Delivery: Develop and implement learning strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Leadership Development: Foster growth of frontline and emerging leaders through tailored coaching and mentorship.
  • Talent Management: Implement succession planning, career pathways, and diversity initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Graduate Programs: Design and execute internship, graduate, and trainee programs that develop future leaders.
  • Culture and Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to create inclusive workplaces and enhance employee experiences.
  • Budgets and Metrics: Monitor program effectiveness and optimize resource allocation for improved outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Organisational Development Degree or Equivalent: Proven knowledge of contemporary people practices and organisational development principles.
  • Contemporary People Practices: Strong understanding of leadership, engagement, and diversity programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive change across all levels.
  • HR Systems: Knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems to inform strategic decisions.
