Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker with experience in procurement and category management? We are seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager to lead our spend categories, driving effective supplier management, cost optimization, and value delivery.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that support operational and commercial objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive procurement efficiencies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with governance and risk management frameworks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and optimize procurement strategies across assigned categories.
  • Work closely with management teams and clinics to drive procurement efficiencies.
  • Proactively assess and manage risks within supplier agreements and service contracts.
  • Oversee spend under management, price lists, contract negotiations, invoice reconciliation, and consumption tracking.
  • Implement initiatives to improve supplier performance and deliver cost and service efficiencies.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring procurement solutions align with business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive cost optimization and improve supplier value.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in governance, compliance, and risk management within procurement.
