The Role

This senior role reports to the Customer Engagement Manager and involves end-to-end workforce planning and resource optimization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Workforce Planning, Forecasting & Scheduling
  • Service Delivery & Performance Optimization
  • Training, Support & Process Improvement
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
  • Reporting Analytics & Governance
Your Skills

You will have proven experience in workforce planning within complex contact/call centre environments. Excellent knowledge of contact/call centre technology and scheduling software is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
