We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Employment Support Worker.

Job Description:

This is a permanent part-time position based in the Breakthru unit, supporting participants who have NDIS funding and transitions into gainful employment opportunities. The key focus of this role is to assist individuals in learning new skills and gaining confidence to find a job they enjoy.

The successful candidate will conduct research to explore various industries and career opportunities, provide individualized and group coaching to enhance interpersonal and professional skills, and navigate daily life aspects including public transportation, time management, and financial planning.

The ideal candidate will also develop expertise in Microsoft Office applications to optimize workflow efficiency, build strategic relationships through networking and proactive outreach, and demonstrate a self-directed approach to work while recognizing when to seek support and collaboration.
