Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the development and management of strategic partnerships. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with IT channel partners, resellers, and vendors to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, engage, and onboard new IT channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, resellers, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and support to partners on our products and services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track and measure performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an IT Channel/Partner Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
