Key Role in Commercial Partnerships

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead commercial partnership strategies and high-impact activations that elevate The brand and drive incremental revenue.

  • Identify, develop and manage commercial partnerships and sponsorships that deliver strong ROMI, in line with overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead and project manage partnership and sponsorship activations across paid, owned and earned channels, including consumer promotions, social media and ambassador engagement.
  • Partner with Property Ops teams to execute events and programs for maximum exposure and guest impact.
  • Manage accruals and monthly reporting in collaboration with Finance.
  • Ensure all partnerships and activities comply with relevant statutory requirements.
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to deliver publicity programs and brand awareness initiatives across key campaigns and property activations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in hospitality or related industries with proven results.
  • Proven end-to-end experience managing partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Strong commercial acumen, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Sponsorship/PR/Media and/or Marketing.
  • Understanding of legislation including Privacy, Marketing Act and OH&S.
  • A strong network in corporate circles would be highly regarded.
