Role Overview

The Member Marketing Journey Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to enhance the member experience across various touchpoints. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end journeys that meet the needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to improve member engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement end-to-end journeys
  • Work closely with the Audience Centre of Excellence to determine the right audiences and segmentation
  • Lead a team of marketing managers to drive insight to action and delivery of ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MarTech, AdTech, and data
