Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level? We're seeking a talented Customer Marketing Manager to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of our marketing and customer care team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with global teams, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft customer journeys that resonate with our diverse customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Work closely with global and local teams to hit revenue targets and contribute to dynamic marketing team planning.
  • Support the phased rollout of a new CRM system and ensure smooth integration and utilization.
  • Use data skills to create effective customer segmentation and build clear customer journeys.
  • Drive marketing campaign success with an omnichannel approach and analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and execute all customer communications to foster engagement, upsell, and repurchase.

Requirements:
  • Experienced CRM marketer with a solid background in complex services marketing.
  • Strong skills across all channels, including traditional, digital, and customer call centers.
  • CRM savvy with hands-on experience with CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Sales-minded with a strong ability to translate marketing efforts into tangible results.
  • Healthcare knowledge with an understanding of healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Data analyst with well-developed analytical skills, including Power BI capability.
  • Collaborative with excellent internal stakeholder management skills.
