We are seeking an accomplished Regional Growth Specialist to spearhead strategic expansion initiatives in our QLD operations.

The Role

This key position is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with distributors and customers, providing technical support and market intelligence, as well as executing a comprehensive visit plan to boost sales across the region.

  • Develop and execute a strategic visit plan to drive revenue growth.
  • Foster and expand relationships with distributors and customers to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market potential within the region and create actionable plans to enter new markets.
  • Nurture strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and training sessions to engage end-users.
Key Qualifications
  • Influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality CRM systems.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical information about product specifications and applications.
