
Regional Growth Specialist

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic development and expansion in assigned regions and/or territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Client Relationships
- Maintain and develop existing client base through regional marketing and direct sales activities
- Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities through prospecting and networking
Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage and maintain your territory's sales pipeline and target key accounts and vertical markets for development
Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets and other regional objectives established by senior management
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of sales personnel dedicated to your region, including inside sales representatives and sales engineers
Professional Development
- Stay abreast of competitive industry and market intelligence and provide feedback to senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 Years of Experience
Ability to take on a consultative style when presenting ideas and products, competency with sales tracking tools, outstanding oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
