Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to assist in the growth and strategy of our company within a specific region.

This role is a key part of assisting with the growth and strategy of our company, working closely with prestigious regional customers, internal product groups, and regional leadership teams.

The Customer Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction through the effective application of technical solutions and management expertise.

  • Support Regional Strategy: Assist in executing our company's growth strategy and future initiatives within the region.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through the effective application of technical solutions and management expertise.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with prestigious regional customers, internal product groups, and regional leadership teams.
  • Support Global Initiatives: Contribute to delivering on key global initiatives as defined by the global lead in driving global best practice in presales and customer success.

To succeed in this job, you will need experience in software implementation projects, managing a team of staff members, exceptional communication skills, and strong facilitation skills.
