Job Description- Owning your region to drive project opportunities from concept to signed contract
- Building strategic partnerships with buyers, agents, property developers, consultants, and project managers
- Identifying early-stage land activity, DA movements, and regional expansions
- Collaborating with design, estimating, and marketing teams to shape proposals and win work
- Representing the company at site visits, industry events, and field expos
- Applying a commercial mindset and natural curiosity to help shape the company's growth strategy
- Proven background in business development or territory sales in construction, modular buildings, industrial property, or related sectors
- A proactive approach, not waiting for leads but creating them
- Strong connections or networks across SEQ and regional QLD
- Confidence dealing with mid-size developers, agents, consultants, and project teams
- A genuine passion for building lasting relationships and seeing projects come to life
- Willingness to travel regionally and be onsite with clients and project partners
