Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the leadership team and bankers on proactive risk management and early identification of high-risk files, including customer interactions and meetings
  • Collaborate with relationship, credit risk and asset management teams
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments and regular monitoring in support of business lending for these customers
  • Drive customer strategies and outcomes to support turnaround or repatriation of at-risk files back to performing status as necessary
  • Provide regular insights on regional high-risk clients and coaching and upskilling of bankers and analysts
  • Contribute to ongoing process refinement and enhancement

Maintain a keen interest in regional economic factors impacting businesses.
