Job Overview

The Facilities Management Analyst/Administrator provides critical support to our National Operations Control Centre (NOCC) team, responsible for operational accounts. Key responsibilities include analysing and managing information, providing policy advice on Planned, Reactive and Minor works, and coordinating sub-contractors. This role also involves engaging with clients, subcontractors, and maintaining accurate records within our Works Management System (WMS).

Daily Responsibilities
  • Act as a communication conduit between client stakeholders, facilities managers, and subcontractors
  • Evaluate and log jobs accurately in our system
  • Coordinate and manage authorised external contractors to attend managed sites efficiently
  • Track and manage action items and commitments within agreed timeframes
  • Perform administration duties to support our services delivery
  • Liaise with contractors on scheduled works and inspections
Expected Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to handle multiple work requests and suppliers across various sites simultaneously
  • Prior experience in building services or project facilities management
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of company structure, systems, and processes
  • Exceptional customer and supplier management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, flexible, and adaptable
  • Reliable work ethic and willingness to develop professionally
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $70,000-$80,000 p.a + Super, depending on your skills and experience.
