We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple sites across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple sites remotely, ensuring workplace upkeep, compliance, and KPI achievement
  • Maintain excellent reporting standards and follow key operational procedures
  • Handle client relationships, including communication, feedback collection, and complaint resolution
  • Oversee vendor selection, monitoring, and performance evaluation
  • Manage facility budgets, assist with accounting procedures, and drive cost savings
  • Monitor facilities, schedule maintenance, and handle emergencies following established procedures
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field
  • A can-do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • A strategic thinker who can deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
  • A basic understanding of Facilities services (soft or hard services)
