About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality ambulatory rehabilitation services across the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). As a Level 1 Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical care to clients in their homes and community settings, focusing on therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to grow professionally, from novice to proficient practitioner, through continuous development and experience. You will be responsible for maintaining your own practice standards while working alongside other health professionals to deliver evidence-based care that prioritises the client's needs.

Our team focuses on supporting early supported discharge and hospital avoidance strategies, helping patients with a range of conditions such as stroke, amputation, orthopaedic conditions, and brain or spinal cord injuries. Requirements
