We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional to grow professionally, from novice to proficient practitioner, through continuous development and experience.
About the RoleAs a Level 1 Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality ambulatory rehabilitation services across CALHN, including the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and Primary Health Care. Working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, you will provide clinical care to clients in their homes and community settings, focusing on therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client goals.
This includes supporting early supported discharge and hospital avoidance strategies, helping patients with a range of conditions such as stroke, amputation, orthopaedic conditions, and brain or spinal cord injuries.
Your Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to clients in various settings, prioritizing their needs and tailoring interventions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care, centered on the client's needs.
- Develop and maintain your skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
