Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Calvary Home Care team in Adelaide. As a Nurse Care Specialist - Home Health, you will provide high-quality care to clients with complex needs, working independently and as part of a dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • Deliver personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs, promoting optimal health outcomes.
  • Administer medications, including IV, IM, SC, and PO, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
  • Provide wound care, cannulation, and other interventions as required, utilizing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.
  • Document all interactions, assessments, and care plans in a thorough and timely manner.

What You'll Bring:

  • A current AHPRA Nursing registration and minimum 1 year of acute experience.
  • NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain) and Police Clearance within 6 months (or willingness to obtain).
  • A reliable vehicle, comprehensive insurance, and a full driver's license.
  • CPR and Manual Handling certifications, with a desire to join a mission-based organization committed to patient-centered care.
