**Salary:**

The salary for this role is estimated at $85,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services to adults and children with various presentations. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their functional capacity.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with clients and their families;
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals;
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and provide ongoing support and guidance to clients;
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination;
• Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices and research;

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain;
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution;
• Current driver's license and ability to travel to client sites;
• Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
