Outreach Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Outreach Manager to oversee our volunteer programs and outreach initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience in community services, health, or related areas, with a strong track record of engaging, training, and retaining volunteers.

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational delivery, while also working collaboratively with colleagues and partners.

The Outreach Manager will be responsible for managing the full volunteer lifecycle, ensuring each outreach shift is safe, welcoming, and aligned with our values.

The role involves providing leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to volunteer Branch Coordinators and the Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator, as well as overseeing the Rosies Youth Engagement Program and fostering strong community partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage volunteer teams to deliver high-quality outreach programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain volunteers
  • Provide guidance and support to Branch Coordinators and the Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator
  • Oversee the Rosies Youth Engagement Program
  • Foster strong community partnerships
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in community services, health, or related areas
  • Demonstrated success in engaging, training, and retaining volunteers
