Job Title: People Culture Leader

The role of a People and Culture Manager is crucial for driving success in any organization. As a strategic partner, you will champion our core values and foster a high-performance culture.

  • Lead daily activities of the P&C team, providing continuous feedback to empower their growth and excellence.
  • Align P&C strategy with overall company goals and ensure key initiatives are executed to achieve broader business objectives.
  • Partner with leaders to drive a culture that supports every employee's success, ensuring our Swyftx values are woven into all people activities.
  • Enhance Employee Experience by leading core P&C activities that enrich our culture, including managing employee performance, reviewing remuneration, creating engagement initiatives, and building career pathways.

  • Exceptional Communicator: You possess advanced written and verbal communication skills and can adapt your style to suit different audiences.
