Multiple Positions Available – Restoration Technician / Restoration Labourer

Leader Restoration is a rapidly growing restoration company that has been specialising in insurance repairs for over 20 years. We currently have a few positions available for Restoration Technicians / Restoration Labourers to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and looking to build a rewarding career in restoration. As an industry leader, we have earned an excellent reputation for delivering quality restoration solutions. These roles offer varied and hands-on work in a professional yet friendly environment. We are based in Beenleigh and service Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
  • A keen eye for detail and quality workmanship
  • The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a fully qualified Restoration Technician
  • IICRC qualifications or previous experience working in restoration highly preferred
  • Experience in labouring, restoration, or cleaning (preferred but not essential)

Key Duties Include:

  • Water extraction and structural drying
  • Building strip-outs and general labouring tasks
  • Cleaning and restoration of contents, carpets, and upholstery
  • Packing and moving items for restoration projects
  • Using technology to track job progress and updates
  • Following safety and compliance procedures at all times
