You will be responsible for embedding yourself into the clinical network and partnering with leaders across multiple sites. This involves spending time on the ground in NSW, QLD, VIC, and other regions, as well as some travel.

  • Providing expert advice on employment contracts, awards, and employee relations matters.
  • Leading organizational change initiatives and contributing to the redesign of our work processes.
  • Assisting with mergers and acquisitions integration through insightful human resources analysis.
  • Managing casework through a national system with precision and efficiency.
  • Building trust and turning conversations into actionable outcomes.
