At DLL, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in sales support within a leasing/finance organization and a good level of understanding of documentation, equipment finance products, credit risks and compliance policies.

Job Description

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. As a Business Development Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, internal & external, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests.

You will also be required to:

  • Support the sales process from application to settlement preparation to meet and achieve new business targets.
  • Be the prime source of information and support for sales queries such as quotes, credit applications, credit approvals, letters of offer, documentation, and settlement preparation.
  • Prepare customer contracts and corresponding documents and communicate and liaise with all parties involved including DLL Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Asset Management teams as applicable.
