We're transforming the property journey into a seamless, supported experience for customers by integrating home finance, conveyancing, buyer's agents, insurance, and more into our services.

As a Mortgage Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them take the next step toward buying, investing, or refinancing. You'll qualify leads, set appointments for our expert advisors, and play a key role in connecting customers with our property hub – an ecosystem designed to support them at every stage of their property journey.

  • Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into advisors' calendars.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.
  • Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their advisor appointment.

To achieve success in this role, you'll require strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential), a keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking, drive and resilience to hit goals and maximise your earning potential, and unrestricted Australian working rights.
