Job Title: Key Property Investment Specialist

Job Description

This role involves providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their investment goals, current financial situation, and risk tolerance.
  • Present detailed information on property investment principles, including types of properties, market trends, and potential returns.
  • Create a tailored investment strategy for each client based on their individual needs and objectives.
  • Exceed customer service expectations by providing a first-class experience throughout the sales process.
  • Present property investment options and assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners, including mortgage brokers and conveyancers, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Provide ongoing client management support throughout the sales process, ensuring that clients receive regular updates and assistance as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the property industry, investment sales, or finance sector.
  • Familiarity with property investment principles and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Desirable: finance knowledge and well-developed organisational capabilities.
