We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Property Investment Consultant who wants to build upon their current skills and knowledge in the property Investment sector. You may have experience in this field, or be in your earlier stages of your Real Estate career, whats important to us is that you can demonstrate that you are willing to learn Accrue's proven methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Build trust rapport and educate clients to give them the confidence to engage you as their new property consultant.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on property investment opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
  • Educate clients on investment strategies, property selection, and financing options
  • Ongoing self-education in all aspects of the property market so you can demonstrate a depth of knowledge if needed.
  • Assist clients in creating investment plans and building their portfolios
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services
  • Work collaboratively with our team of lead generators and referral sources
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, changes in legislation and new investment opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property Investment Consultant or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the property market and investment opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to help people achieve financial success
  • High standards of personal presentation and grooming
  • Real Estate Licence
  • Be a team player – be willing to collaborate, share wins, learn from your losses and have a consistent positive mindset.
  • Be self motivated and be able to work independently
  • Good level of IT skills – we use Salesforce and other property technology.
