Overview

Pathway Property is a high-performance property advisory firm growing fast. We're looking for a Property Acquisition Specialist who is driven, results-obsessed, and ready to hustle and close deals. You will work directly with our founder and head of deal acquisition and will have a direct hand in the growth of our company and our clients' investment portfolios.

This is a high-impact role with a clear path to high earnings. You will contribute to the end-to-end acquisition process and play a pivotal role in identifying and securing properties across Australia.

Your Mission

This is the front line of our business. Your mission is to identify, negotiate, and secure top-tier properties across Australia. You will be instrumental in the end-to-end acquisition process, from first contact to securing the contract.

Responsibilities
  • Hunting Down Opportunities: Proactively sourcing on- and off-market properties in key growth areas.
  • Winning at the Table: Leading negotiations with agents to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
  • Networking for Success: Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with agents and industry contacts.
  • Execution & Follow-Through: Managing the acquisition process with precision and discipline.
What We're Looking For
  • Mindset: A hustler. Relentless work ethic, growth mindset, and genuine passion for property. You thrive on accountability and are driven by results. No experience is necessary; we'll invest in your growth.
  • Skills: Strong communication, sharp negotiation skills, and an analytical mind.
  • Location: You'll need to be in our Essendon North office a minimum of 3 days a week.
