Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Sourcer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for sourcing on- and off-market investment properties for clients.

You will assess risk using multiple tools and data sources, perform market analysis to determine property value, and present opportunities to the Buyer's Agent for sign-off and revisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing investment properties for clients
  • Risk assessment using multiple tools and data sources
  • Market analysis to determine property value
  • Presentation of opportunities to the Buyer's Agent
  • Support with due diligence for located properties
  • Preparing sourcing reports for clients
Additional Responsibilities

During quieter periods, you may also assist with social media management, marketing, or graphic design tasks, support client conversations, file noting, and administrative duties. You will also contribute to automation projects.
