About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Impact and Evaluation Officer to join our team at the Australian Catholic University. As a key member of our Community Engagement team, you will play a critical role in evaluating the impact of our Community Engagement Program and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, monitor, and evaluate university-wide community engagement plans to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement community engagement tracking and evaluation processes, procedures, and mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of our programs.
  • Assist with planning, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of impact and evaluation data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and develop appropriate evaluation methodologies to assess the impact of our community engagement activities on multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop systems of evaluation using a range of quantitative and qualitative data measures to provide a comprehensive understanding of our programs' effectiveness.
  • Manage and coordinate progress reports, final reports, and associated documentation to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Monitor and ensure evaluation is implemented in accordance with ACU policy and procedures to maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Facilitate the system-wide tracking and evaluation of community engagement activities to ensure consistency and accuracy across all programs.
  • Manage, analyze, and interpret data to inform ACU's community engagement activities and practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaise effectively with key stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
