The primary objective of this position is to collaborate with claims personnel to validate their proficiency and capabilities through the completion of educational requirements and assessments.
This role will also engage in the ongoing enhancement and development of the EML frameworks, ensuring team members reach their full potential.
This is a 12-month secondment opportunity, offering flexibility to work remotely.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, execute, and document training delivery and assessment processes. Ensure timely maintenance of all records in accordance with established policies and procedures. Actively participate in validation and moderation activities. Employ assessment and teaching methods that are equitable, valid, current, and adequate. Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with key stakeholders. Foster and maintain relationships both internally and externally to support strategic objectives. Develop and sustain strong connections with all stakeholders, internal clients, and management by embodying our core values and behaviors.CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience within the NSW workers compensation framework is advantageous. Proven success in meeting business goals. Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities. Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills to provide innovative solutions throughout the continuous improvement process. Keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills, including effective time management and prioritization. Strong stakeholder management capabilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel.EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
