The primary aim of this position is to collaborate with claims personnel to showcase their proficiency and capability through the fulfillment of educational requirements and evaluations.
This role will also engage in the ongoing enhancement and development of the EML frameworks, ensuring team members can reach their full potential.
This is a 12-month secondment role, with the option to work remotely.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, execute, and document both training sessions and assessment processes. Maintain all documentation promptly and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Engage in and contribute to validation and moderation activities. Implement teaching and assessment strategies that are equitable, valid, current, and adequate. Conduct and assist in training needs assessments with key stakeholders. Foster and sustain internal and external relationships to facilitate the execution of strategic objectives. Develop and uphold strong connections with all stakeholders, internal clients, and management by embodying our core values and behaviors.CANDIDATE PROFILE
Familiarity with the NSW workers compensation framework is advantageous. Proven success in meeting business goals. Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities. Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions throughout the continuous improvement process. High level of attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills, including effective time management and prioritization. Strong stakeholder management capabilities and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our clients. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel.EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
