Drive Sales Performance
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Lead to join our team at AU21 Alcon Laboratories (Australia) Pty Ltd Company. As a Sales Performance Lead, you will be responsible for managing an assigned customer portfolio and driving sales performance through regular remote contact and customer business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and drive sales performance through regular remote contact
Develop and execute customer business plans to achieve sales targets
Lead a team of Inside Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on customer engagement strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
Proven sales experience in a B2B environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and demonstrate sensitivity and awareness to customers
Organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter, team player, results-oriented
Adaptable and flexible
Customer-focused
Ability to read sales data and interpret trends
